Guess Mary pays more attention to me than I do to her.

Yes, suburbia is created by government meddling. Bad schools drive parents out of the city. High crime drives people out of the city. High taxes drive people out of the city.

So, yes, government created suburbia: your sort of left-wing, well-intentioned, meddlesome elitist government. I "weighed my options" and got the heck out. Mary, admit it: you're just upset the SC state line prevents people like you from assuming more power over the lives of people like me.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19601020.post-24953963180972632332009-01-15T09:56:00.000-05:002009-01-15T09:56:00.000-05:00I guess the enterprise is "free" if the developers...I guess the enterprise is "free" if the developers don't pay for it...
http://www.charlotteobserver.com/277/story/473134.html

The local's get to pay for the developers' constant screw-ups.

In other news, a column on traffic:
http://twistedphysics.typepad.com/cocktail_party_physics/2009/01/crosstown-traffic.htmlJumperhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11794110173836133321noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19601020.post-37611495061188714302009-01-14T22:41:00.000-05:002009-01-14T22:41:00.000-05:00Mitch,Government didn't invent suburbs - Levit...Mitch,

Government didn't invent suburbs - Levitt & Sons did, in 1947 after WWII.
