Should Charlotte feel dissed? Should Shelby feel dissed that DENR nominee Dee Freeman was i.d.'d as "former City Manager of Brevard" leaving out his more recent stint as Shelby's manager? I think Brevard is about 1/3 the size of Shelby. This fits a pattern too. Maybe it's the SH factor.
